Christmas

Now Zane was much bigger and ready to handle the crowd of those who wanted to love on him this holiday! On Christmas Eve the big event was Aunt Becky getting to hold him for the first time, since she had been sick around Thanksgiving. Of course Nana got her time in first, but then Becky got her time and after that he was passed around all night!!  He's a great baby, always sleeping and eating well, and so laid back, he didnt' mind the attention at all.

Christmas morning was extra special this year. Tony and I sat with Zane by the tree and opened our presents and stockings. I had a very special surprise in my stocking...my 'push gift' from Tony was a pair of diamond earrings! Beautiful channel set princess cut diamonds that match my wedding ring. They could not have been more perfect if I designed them myself!! It made me cry!

Zane got some toys, CDs, DVDs and CD player for his room. Nana gave him a play mat that is jungle themed with lights and music which he loved looking at and she got him a wooden train whos cars were letters spelling his name. So cute!! From his Fun Gran he got a couple of toys and some clothes, most importantly his New Years Eve attire, a black onesie with a tuxedo on the front!

Once we got dressed and out of the house we stopped to see Granda and Sharon and Fun Gran was over there. Later we went to Pops & G-mama's house to for the evening where they were having a family reunion of sorts with his dad's side. So there were tons of people!! Zane pretty much stayed with G-mama, me or Meagan and Morgan (cousins). And he slept most of the time, even in all the noise, like he usually does.
